Here’s the flow (pop in and out as desired) —

• 4-4:30 arrival, settle in

• 4:30-5 Opening Circle

• 5-6:30 pm Wild Spirits Dance co-led by Isabella Rose & Eliza Jean Greyce (this is similar to our weekly wild woman dance, but open to all. Its a blend of ecstatic dance & gentle guidance through the chakras and elements — a moving meditation and a journey back home to yourself & your community)

• 6:30: Closing Circle & Heart Shares
