Saturday, January 18th from 4-8pm at AHA

Here’s the flow (pop in and out as desired) —

  • 4-4:30 arrival, settle in

  • 4:30 opening circle, centering, grounding, meditation

  • 4:45 somatic slow gentle lightly guided movement
    drop into body and space, trance movement, kundalini activating
    guided by Isabella Rose

  • 530 chill time (light snacks & tea provided)

    (downtempo, organic house, garage, d&b, hip hop)

  • 7:30 sound healing with John Riggleman

  • 8pm closing circle
